Information that we have collect will be stored in database,
which store any information about various types of objects, events, people and
place. Database model have divide into 3 types, there are hierarchical database
model (information have organized into a tree like structure way that it cannot
have too many relationships), network database model (flexible way of represent
object and their relationship), and last but not least is relational database
model (which store information in the form of logically that related with
two-dimensional tables).
Advantages from database:

- · Increase scalability and performance (scalability- refer how the system will be well to increase demand, performance – measure how quickly a system perform in any process)
- · Reduced information redundancy (the duplicate of information or storing the same information in a multiple places)
- · Increased information quality (integrity constraint- rules that help ensure that quality of the information)
- · Increase information security (password, access level – determines who has access to the different types of information, access control- determines types of user access, such as read-only access)
Database Management system (DBMS), through this system that
users and application programs can interact with database.
Data-driven Website which active website that kept
constantly updated and relevant to the needs of the customers by using
database.
Integration which allows separate systems to communicate
directly with each other in multiple databases, through forward integration and
backward integration (that takes information enter into given system and send
it automatically to all systems).
